We want to ensure that all our raw materials are sourced in a way that
is kind to people and the planet. This means carefully assessing our
suppliers and helping them adopt more virtuous practices.

Our responsible purchasing policy is grounded in the long-standing relationships we have formed with our suppliers. We recently updated this policy to explicitly include our environmental, social and ethical standards.
Across the company, we take steps to ensure our partners comply with our suppliers’ code of conduct, which we make clear also applies to their own suppliers and subcontractors.

Raw materials for our fragrances

Our love of nature is central to the Diptyque story, as reflected in our careful selection of natural raw materials. As we operate within an ecosystem that brings together many different stakeholders, we act in close collaboration with partners who supply the ingredients used in our compositions. The first step in our approach: improving the traceability of our ingredients. We are now able to guarantee the origin of the natural ingredients present in all our fragrance concentrates**. And we intend to continue this momentum in a spirit of continuous improvement and with the support and participation of all our partners.
