We aim for total transparency and make accessing information on our raw materials as easy as possible.

Information on the origin of our ingredients

Diptyque has made transparency a central pillar of its commitments. This is why we provide customers with information on the composition of our products, the origin of our raw materials, and details about our suppliers. In our quest for optimal traceability, we have developed a blockchain-secured platform in partnership with traceability and transparency benchmark Tilkal. Visitors can access the platform from the product pages of our website* and soon by scanning a QR code on our product boxes. The site provides customers with detailed information on the signature raw materials used in our concentrates**, and the ingredients found in our candles, fragrances, cosmetics and household products.

Besides raw materials, our interface is a valuable source of information on our trusted partners, some of whom have worked with us for over two decades, while showcasing their expertise and best practices.

Details of several of our products were made available to coincide with the platform launch, and we now plan to add the rest of the catalogue in stages by the end of 2026.
